About Us

We provide USDA-inspected slaughter, processing and cut & wrap for cattle, pigs, lamb and goats, tailoring our services to meet the unique specifications of each farmer or rancher.

Our USDA-approved Livestock Processing Center (LPC)is located in Burlington, Washington, where we provide humane, on-site harvesting. We provide a full range of services, including retail cuts, primal processing, sausage links, patties, and other value-added products. Many of our customers maintain their own sales outlets and wholesale distribution channels, and we are committed to supporting their success.

Our onsite retail outlet—NW Local Meats—provides access to pasture-raised, grass or grain finished beef, pork, lamb and goat from local growers.

We are passionate about empowering local farmers and ranchers who provide premium meat products to our community.
